Campus Student accounts when logging in for the first time, follow the format:
Username = Student ID #
Temporary password = first initial last initial 6 digit date of birth (mmddyy)
John Smith with a date of birth 07/05/2001 would have an initial password of: js070501
They are then prompted to:
Change their password. Enter an Account Security Email for password retrieval. Their Francis Howell email is recommended.
3. Re-enter their new password.
Campus Parent accounts are created by the parent using their access key to create a username and password.

Infinite Campus Staff accounts require their district AD credentials to login, these are the same credentials when logging into a district device. If a staff member is not able to login to their IC user account, please contact the FHSD Help Desk or your building Tech as selecting "Forgot Password" will not work on the IC staff login page.
